By signing this agreement and adopting dog/cat, the adopting party agrees to comply with all provisions of this agreement. The adopter agreed and acknowledges that if any time during the lifetime of this animal they seek to surrender him/her, they must contact this organization (520) 979-2282 and surrender the animal back to them. At no time will the animal be given to animal control or the Humane Society as this puts the animal’s life in immediate risk.
